The Festival features booths from local community groups, clubs, organizations, businesses, educational institutions and individuals.

1. Cultural booths may be grouped by geographic region and can display cultural artifacts such as artwork, textiles, jewelry, photographs, musical instruments, or other items that convey a sense of the culture, language and people represented. Cultural booths can also offer items for sale and information about the particular group, club or organization.
2. Community organization booths can also present cultural artifacts, provide information about the organization and offer items for sale.
3. Tents are available for an additional charge.
4. The Festival does not accept applications from organizations promoting or offering religious, political or sexual orientation related information.
